Born and raised in South Carolina, Kelsey is a Lowcountry girl at heart with a deep love for meaningful moments and beautifully curated celebrations. A proud graduate of The University of Alabama, she brings over a decade of experience in hospitality and event planning to every wedding she designs—combining a calm presence, an artistic eye, and a heartfelt approach.
Kelsey’s journey began on the shores of Hilton Head Island and continued through the charm of Savannah before she returned to the heart of the Lowcountry and planted roots in Bluffton. In 2018, she founded Kelsey Allison Designs—a boutique wedding planning and design studio where passion, creativity, and thoughtful planning come together to tell love stories in the most beautiful way.
She believes that no two love stories are alike,and your wedding should reflect that. Whether you're exchanging vows beneath the Spanish moss, along the water’s edge, or in a far-off destination, Kelsey brings a highly personalized approach to every detail. Her greatest joy lies in capturing the essence of each couple and weaving their story into every petal, place setting, and perfectly timed moment.
Based in charming Bluffton, SC, Kelsey serves couples throughout the Lowcountry and surrounding areas, and is always eager to travel wherever her clients’ love stories lead.
When she’s not curating wedding weekends, you’ll find Kelsey soaking in the charm of Old Town Bluffton with her husband, Aaron, their twin daughters, Austyn and Adaline, and their golden retriever, Stella. She loves great food, a good glass of wine, and finding beauty in the everyday moments.
